LOCATION
The Villa is located inside the National Park of La Maddalena archipelago, made up of 60 islands and islets scattered in the sea north-eastern Sardinia. This protected area covers a land area of approximately 5,000 hectares and a marine area of approximately 15,000 hectares and includes 180 km of coastline. It contains a rare beauty, tranquility and harmony renowned for its beautiful beaches and the great diversity and wealth of flora and fauna.

THE OCTOPUS HEAD
The beach of the "Octopus Head" is located in the northeastern part of the island of La Maddalena, precisely in "Isuleddu".
The name of the beach derives from the huge rock that dominates it, just like an octopus head. The beach is characterized by very fine white sand and crystal clear sea, so as to be compared to a natural swimming pool.

The bay, similar to a natural swimming pool and its beach are dominated by a large terrace with veranda. There are many beautiful places, where you can relax and sunbathe.
The villa also has two BBQ areas, a seafront, one at the back and is exposed to the summer breezes from the north, north-east and south, which make it naturally cool and comfortable.
